Hi doc

my son is 1 year 3days he was born with a small hole between his eyes sometimes the is small amount of water that comes out of it or white substance, I have taken him to Nuro clinic they are not sure what it is, now I have notice that his nose is always blocked and he looks like someone who has sinuses I have not given him any medication because I don’ t know what is this thing on my child.. Please help me or refer me to some one who can help us.
