Hoeveel KJ vir gewigsverlies?

Ek is 28, 1.6 m lank, weeg 62kg. Wil graag 10kg verloor. Hoeveel KJ moet ek per dag inneem om gewig te kan verloor? Ek oefen 30minute per dag.

Jou huidige LMI is alreeds binne normale perke met 24,2. As jy 10 kg verloor, sal jou LMI = 20,3 wat onder die ideaal van 22 is en dus nie aanbeveel word nie. Mik liewer vir 'n verlies van 6 kg wat jou daardie ideale LMI van 22 sal gee. Algemeen gesproke behoort volwasse vrouens 6300 kJ per dag in te neem om verstandelik gewig te verloor teen 0,5 tot 1 kg per week.

Baie dankie vir die raad.Ek het gereken ek moet so 4000Kj per dag inneem en dis seker heeltemal te min.
