HOeveel is te veel

My man drink Lipanthyl vir Cholesterol.
Hoeveel neute(en grondboontjies) en avokadopeer kan mens eet?

Neute en grondboontjies, asook avokadopeer is uitstekende en gesonde kosse aangesien dit baie ryk is aan sg. mono-onversadigde vetsure wat die hart beskerm, 'skadelike' cholesterol verlaag en 'goeie' cholesterol verhoog. Maar al hierdie kosse het weens hul hoë vetinhoud het ook 'n baie hoë energiewaarde (bv. grondboontjie bevat 2430 kJ per 100g, makadamianeute bevat 2940 kJ per 100g en avokado bevat 674 kJ per 100g). Dus kan mens algemeen aanvaar dat 'n porsie van die neute nie 30g behoort te oorskry nie, en dat mens ongeveer 1/4 van 'n avokadopeer as 'n porsie kan beskou.
