Hoe kan ek dit wat ek het gebruik.

Goeie dag
Ek is opsoek na so bietjie hulp, ek het n tredmill trojan marathon 200 n oefen fiets trojan shape 200 en dan n Taebo dvd warmee ek gereeld oefen, ek is 26 en is 1.68m en weeg 70kg ek wil baie graag so 10kg tot 12kg afval na my onlangse swangerskap, maar ek weet nie of ek verkeerd oefen nie maar ek verloor nie regtig gewig nie.

Is dit moontlik om my dalk te kan help hoe om dit wat ek het te gebruik om van die onnodige gewig onslae te raak.

Ek sal dit opreg waardeer.

I think the best bet is to go to the fitness page of this site, and then browse that site. There are programmes - there's a link called "get started", which is always a good place to begin. And a link for programmes, which includes what are called "combo programmes" and given your equipment, that's where you'll find the best examples of what to do.
