hiv testing

doc i had unprotected sex last year may 2011.so i took a hiv antibody test at 25 weeks after possible exposure the test came back negative.recently i took a pcr test 10 months after possible exposure it cambe back negative also .my question is how accurate is a hiv pcr test after 10months of exposure and can i rule out the possibility of being infected ?

It is very accurate and a negative after 10 months mean that you are HIV negative.
