hiv seroconversion

doc had unprotected sex and then took a hiv antibody test at 6weeks,3months and 6 months after possible exposure .all three tests were negative .its been ten months now andi have a rash on my neck .my question is that is it possible to seroconvert at ten months after possible exposure

Yes, it is possible and it is common in patients who are on immuno-suppressive drugs. You can therefore, reconsult your doctor for a HIV test.
