Hiv partner

Hi my ex boyfriend is hiv positive and m negative as to the last time i had tested, we''ve never had unprotected sex we used protection all the time what are the chances of getting infected even when using protection always

If you use protection ALWAYS, the chance is very low BUT keep in mind the following must be in place:
1. Good quality condom and correctly used ( do not open wrapping with your teeth and place it correctly on the penis)
2. Check the expiry date
3. Use only lubrication recommended by the condom company and nothing else.
