HIV and sharing of sweets

A CHILD FROM NEIGHBOURS HAS BEEN RAPED BY A RELATIVE, I DONT KNOW THE STATUS OF THE CHILD NOR OF THE RAPER, MY CHILD NORMALLY PLAYS WITH THIS CHILD RECNTLY I FOUND THEM SHARING A SWEET SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT ANYTHING LIKE TRANSMISSION OF BLOOD THROUGH THIS?,

The saliva contains some enzymes that can destroy the virus and the HIV virus is not transmitted via saliva, however caution should be used when there are sores and blood in the mouth.
