HIV and Kids

My husband is HIV positive, and I am not.
We always use condoms when we have sex. am I at a great risk even when we use condoms always.
Do we have options that are not too expensive to have children??

Condom use prevents 80% to 95% of HIV transmission. There are options of having children together and I suggest that you consult your gynaecologist regarding the available options and to discuss the risks involved.
