HIV and conception

I would like to know what is considered as undetetable Viral load?? I am on CD4 count 680, CD4% 52.6 and VL rna 40cp/ml.

Should the number be 0 cp/ml for me to be VL undetetable? The reason I am asking is that I need to be realistic about having the natural conception as I cannot afford other means.

Dear Pearl
An undetectable viral load would mean when your viral load is less than 25. Your viral load is 40 and that seems to be very close to that stage but still detectable.
