HIV

My husband is HIV positive, and I am not.
We always use condoms when we have sex. am I at a great risk even when we use condoms always.
Do we have options that are not too expensive to have children??

Condoms can break so they are not foolproof.
Your best option for having children would be artificial insemination with washed sperm after your husband has been on HAART. This is done by a fertility expert.
