I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IS POSIBLE NOT TO CONTRACT WITH HIV WHILE HAVING SEX WITH AN HIV POSITVE PERSON BUT INFECTED WITH OTHER STD EXCEPT HIV WHEN THE CONDOM IS TEAR DURING SEX?

Yes it is as STDs all have different infectivities. Bearing that in mind, you also stand a good chance of being infected with HIV if you have unprotected sex with an HIV positive person.
