Hallo Elnaw
Granulocytes are a kind of white blood cells. Toxic granulation is found in severe inflammatory states. The toxic granulation happens due to impaired maturation of the white blood cells,in the effort to rapidly generate large numbers of granulocytes. A Neutrophil is a specific kind of granulocyte that destroys bacteria by phagocytosis ("eating them up!"). Lymphocytes make antibodies.
