High levels

What could I take to lower my cortisol levels? I went for tests and they indicated that mine were substantially high. Please advise. Thanks

Hi Hank

High cortisol levels are mainly caused by stress and there are many ways to reduce the levels of high cortisol, obviously starting with
removing the stressors.

I'd suggest starting with stress reduction techniques such as deoing deep-breathing exccercises for 10 - 15 minutes, or thing like meditation, yoga or even self-hypnosis.
Also try to get enough sleep at night and avoid caffeinated drinks.
