HIGH FEVER - SORE LIMBS - SWOLLEN

MY SON HAS A VERY HIGH FEVER, AN ACHING BODY AND HIS FACE IS SWOLLEN - THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE TICK BITE FEVER BUT DO NO SEE ANY BITES - WHAT CAN WE DO? NEAREST DOCTOR IS 60KM AWAY.
