High blood pressure

I measured my blood pressure at gym today, 159/102. I have had DVt before (2years ago) off waffarin. Should i be alarmd.

Your blood pressure can go up when exercising. Take your BP before you start exercising, and if a few readings show above 140 at the top or 90 at the bottom, you need to see a doctor. (Work out the average over a few days)
