High blood pressure

My husband is 36, he goes to the gym 5 days a week, his weight is normal for his lenght and he eats fairly healthy. Evertime he has his blood pressure tested, it' s too high though. Is there anything natural that he can take to lower his blood pressure?

High blood pressure is often hereditary. He should reduce salt and can try the folk remedy of taking a teaspoon of honey in the morning. Often though they need to take blood pressure medication at the end
