Hidden costs

i work for a company on " commission only"  basis. we are responsible for preparing our sales proforma' s ourselves, using our price list. once we have completed the proforma, including our sales price, we can see what our commission on each deal is.

from day one, we were told that there are no hidden costs ie the price we " pay"  for the items on the price list is the exact cost - PURE COST! this means we get a true 50/50 split.

However, i have discovered that this is NOT so. i have seen the actual cost prices (not deviously - i am now privy to the incoming price lists), and there is a marked difference in sales cost and true cost.

i did an exercise on sales for 2 years, and it transpires i was " short paid"  almost R90k! I spoke to an HR friend, and he said i should claim the money from the company, and if i don' t get any positive response, i should go to the dept of labour.

what is your advice?
