Hernia

Hi, i just want to find out if it is possible to cause a hiatus hernia when doing weight training. I did some weight training last saturday and on my second set i felt sharp pain in between my breast (slightly lower)? Since then i feel terrible after consuming food.

Yes, weight training can cause a hiatus hernia. You may however pulled a muscle too. Your doctor can send you for a gastroscopy if the symptoms persist to see if there is a hernia.
