Herbalife

I believe the Herbalife weight loss programme is a healthy nutritional supplement, and has been on the market internationally for about 30 years, and the company is listed on the NYSE.

Most articles recommend to stay away from dietary supplemets, but surely products like this must be okay?

Dear Sam
As a dietitian, I am personally not in favour of slimming products (shakes, appetite suppressants, fat burners, etc), because even products that are advertised as safe, herbal and without side-effects can actually cause significant negative side-effects. If you have the ingredient list for the products you mention, you can check them against the list of slimming pill ingredients which you will find by clicking on 'DietnFood' at the top of this page, then on 'Weightloss' and 'Diet Detective'. Check if the ingredients can cause side-effects and if they actually cause weightloss. Rather avoid such potentially hazardous compounds and products and lose weight sensibly with a balanced slimming diet, and by increasing your energy output by doing regular exercise for 30 min a day (running, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, join a gym or Walk for Life).Best regards

How much does the Tony Ferguson cost? Herbalife is quite costly? What food do you eat on the Tony Ferguson diet? With herbalife you have 2 meal replacements shakes and a balanaced diet for supper with healthy snacks in between. Could you please give more info on the Tony Ferguson diet, thanks!
