Hepatitis B

My results from pathologists: HBs Ag - Positive, Hepatitis B core IgM Ab - Negative, HBe Ag - Negative, HBe Ab - Positive and PCR Hep B Quant : 1653 cps/ml , 284 IU/ml , 3.22 Log.

Please explain this to me
