Hemorroids

Dear Dr. Since the birth of my daughter 3 years ago i have external hemmoroids. My bowel movements are normal and honestly they do not bleed and are not painful at all.
Should i worry about them and have them seen to or am i ok until the need arises?

It is preferable to have them examined by a doctor and to have it surgically removed or obliterated with a laser. External hemorroids can be very painful once it forms a clot inside the hemorroid. Therefore, it is a good idea to consult a doctor.
