Thank you for your query. I understand the trauma that you are going through. It might be useful to have a private chat but I don't think it will produce results. Even a grievance seems to be futile in the sense that she is the most senior person in South Africa. Do you have any contact with your overseas directors and is there a possibility of you speaking to them directly about her behaviour?
It would also be very useful to have a written statement signed by both employees as opposed to one.
I would suggest if the worse comes to the worst you refer the matter to the CCMA for an unfair labour practice action.
