HI DOC
IM JOGGING 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. EATING HEALTHY DIET, BT I ITS TAKING SO LONG BEFORE U SEE THE RESULT. CAN YOU GAVE ME EXERCISE YHAT I CAN DO ICH ARE MORE EFFECTIVE
