i have major problems sleeping, when i wake up at night i cant sleep again, or restlessness

and some nights i dont sleep at all, the next day is horrible, what can i do to try to survive the next day without sleep at work>

Sleep is an essential to our survival. If you have a really bad night, you are going to feel bad the next day. The big question is why are you having such a bad night, and what can be done to correct it?

Waking up in the early hours of the morning and not being able to get back to sleep is often (but not exclusively) seen with depression, so it might be worthwhile to speak to your doctor about that possibility.

If you are really tired during the day, try to have a "power-nap" - put your head down for 10-20 minutes. You will probably find that this allows you to make it through the next couple of hours.
