help

What can i eat to make me go more often? Which foods can i eat with fibre?

Dear Renier
Click on 'DietnFood' at the top of this page and then on 'You are what you eat' and read the 'Healthy GI tract' section. Increasing the amount of dietary fibre you eat and taking probiotics like Bifidoflora (buy at health shops), should improve your regularity. Make sure you also drink 2,5 litres of liquid per day (not more) and do some exercise like going for walks to stimulate peristalsis.
