help

i 14 weeks pregnant and have experienced severe vomiting. i vomit the whole day even at night. can' t eat a thing, everytime i eat the food come back i can' t keep anything down except for water, which after some time also come back. should i get worried?

well they say its normal 2 vomit, but i wud be worried...doesnt sound gud.
