help

i started to gym what i want to know is can i still drink beer or should i drink a lite beer or only whiskey and water???thank you

Dear DJ
All alcohol contains 29 kJ per gram (the second highest energy content after fat which provides 37 kJ/gram), so if you are trying to lose weight then you need to cut down on alcohol intake and only have an occasional whiskey and water. If you are going to gym to build muscles then drinking sensibly (not more than 2 tots or beers a day and not every day) is recommended.
