Heel Pain

Severe shooting/burning pains in left heel only.+/- 2 weeks now

Hallo Susan
You may have a heel spur - it may help to use an anti-inflammatory medication like Voltaren/ Neurofen, apply ice, get physiotherapy and wear a heel support (physio should be able to supply this). It is important to rest the foot from activities like jogging/ jumping e.g tennis. See
