Heartburn

I experience severe heartburn symptoms at different times of the day. Obviously certain foods make the symptoms worse but it is not always caused by food. i have been to numerous doctors, all who say i have diarrhoea, and prescribe no medication or treat the symptoms. i have no idea what else to do or who to see now. Perhaps you can assist.
Thanks,

Hallo Nechki
Heartburn is a feeling of acid pushing up in the esophagus after eating and is often caused by a hiatus hernia. One can use an anti-acid like Zantac 75 for it.

I was told by my ENT that I should cut out all wheat products from my diet (bread, pizza, pasta), fattening food, sodas, etc. I was also put on medication (NEXIUM) to get it under control.
