Heartburn

What causes heartburn....I am not pregnant and I seem to get hurtburn more often that even my friend who is pregnant.
what causes it?
how can i stop it? or avoid it from happening?

Hallo Kiki
It is often caused by a defect valve between the stomach and the esophagus. Please ask your doctor to prescribe medication ( Nexiam works well). You also need to eat smaller meals more often rather than big meals 3 times a day, don't eat late at night and use something like Gaviscon for symptoms.
