My suggestion is that if you are experienced at training, you've been doing it for a long time, then it's a really good way to take your training to another level. However, if you're fairly new to training, then it's not nearly as good, because it creates too much confusion. So if you're regularly exercising,t hen by all means, go for it. But if you kind look at it to tell you what to do, there are some better options available to you!
And you would be better off spending that money to buy 3 or 4 good books that help you learn to train smarter!
