heart palpitations

Hi Doc - can heart palpitations be related to low blood pressure. lately i have not been feeling well. feel a bit feint and dizzy at times. the clinic told me my BP was very low 90/50 but two weeks later when I went again it was normal. every so often in the past few months I get heart palpitations - i feel like my heart is pounding out my chest and then I feel tired and get quite a headache. I dont have med aid, any advice??

Hallo Anon
I think you should see a doctor at your local provincial hospital for an ECG - you may have an abnormal heart rythm causing these symptoms
