Dear Val

It sounds as though you have done very well since your heart transplant and are very well adjusted. Well done! Walking 5 km a day will be good for you in many different ways. Please check with your heart transplant team that they are happy for you to do it but I foresee no problems whatsoever, only benefit.

With best wishes, JT
