heart

is there any cause for concern if a woman in her mid-twenties wakes up at night with a trembling chest as if the heart is beating very fast and then next morning her chest muscles feel sore?

Dear Anonymous
If this happens often and the pulse is fast when this happens, then the person should rather see a doctor for an ECG to see if there is an underlying heart arrythmia. It could also be caused by chest muscle spasms, if she did very strenuous work during the day it may cause cramping at night
