Heamoroides / Piles

Is it possible to have piles / heamoroides (not sure what the difference is) after you' ve had children. My one child is 3 and the other 4 months and I have piles. It doesn' t bother me but sometimes it will bleed when I go to the toiled when my stomach works? What kind of specialist would I consult?

Dear Concerned,
Yes you can develop piles after having kids. Your GP can have a look and prescribe medication or refer you to a surgeon if really needed.
