Healthy Eating - no356

Hi doc

Thx will check it out.
My height is 1.65cm and I weigh 67kg, I think I''m still way overweight!

Dear Aims
Thanks for getting back to me with your weight and height. Your current BMI = 24,6 which is still within the normal range (18-25), however for an ideal BMI of 22, you would need to weigh 60 kg, which would entail a loss of 7 kg.
Try a slimming diet that is not so very low in kJ, so that you do have energy to do your exercises.
