Dear Ralph
Your breakfast of All Bran, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, raisins, cinnamon and skimmed milk, is an excellent combination of low-GI foods that contain plenty of dietary fibre (the All Bran, seeds and raisins), monounsaturated fats (the wheat germ and sunflower seeds) and high quality protein (the skimmed milk). This breakfast should thus keep your blood sugar and insulin levels steady, provide you with plenty of energy, ensure bowel regularity and also protect your heart.
