Dear Rashika
I don't think that salty crackers can actually be described as 'healthy' because they generally have high fat and energy contents, a low dietary fibre content and a high salt or sodium content - all of which are negative attributes from a health point of view. Rather eat high-fibre crackers with a low-GI such as ProVita.
