HEALTH SNACKS

HI DOC.
CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME IN LETTING ME KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD CLASS AS 1. HEALTHY SNACK IN BETWEEN MEALS, WHICH WILL NOT MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT?
2. WHICH FOODS ARE CLASSED AS WHOLE GRAIN?

Heathy, low-fat, high-fibre snacks include fresh vegetables (baby tomatoes, celery or carrot sticks) fresh fruit (apples, oranges, berries), high-fibre biscuits (Pro-Vita, Rye-Vita) with fat-free cottage cheese (there are lots of flavours to choose from) or fat-free yoghurt or small quantities of unbuttered popcorn. Wholegrain foods are those made of grains that have not been sieved or refined: brown rice, unsifted maize meal, brown, wholewheat or rye bread, Pro-Vitas, Rye-Vitas, pasta made from wholewheat flour, whole, crushed wheat, etc.
