Healing after a caesar

I''ve read in previous posts that it''s not a good idea to take arnica while pregnant. Is it saf to take straight after the caesar and does it actually speed up healing? My would got infected after my last caesar so I''d like to do what I can to speed up the healing this time around.

I wouldn't suggest that you take arnica immediately after the caesar. Wound healing would be helped by using Bio-oil after the first week or so.

Best wishes
