Dear Veli
You may have a nerve pinching in your neck. If you can talk normal, lift both your arms up and have good grip in both your hands, no vision problems, walk normal, it is unlikely to be a stroke. You may however need to see a doctor to confirm if a nerve is being pinched and to see if you need x/rays of your neck, and referral to a physiotherapist?

Great pain in joints. Especially legs. Sleepless nights due to pain in the legs.
