Dear Danushka,

The first thing is that she must have a proper medical check. It is simply not possible from the information supplied to make a diagnosis. Having said that, there is a possibility that she is having attacks of what is called abdominal migraine. In children, migraine may well be accompanied by stomach ache – but while this may be the diagnosis, we cannot assume that without a medical examination to rule out other possible problems that could cause similar symptoms. Please take her to the doctor.
