Headache stop smoking

I stoped smoking about 3 months ago and have headaches that feel like brainfreeze (when you eat something cold like an icecream).
Is it normal?

Dear IWE,

Well done that you managed to stop smoking. Any change in the intake of substances can cause withdrawal symptoms like headache, but usually these symptoms don't last for more than 2 or 3 weeks until your body adjusts to the change. Hang in there and you won't regret it.
