Headache during pregnancy

Hi Doc

How do I deal with headache during pregnancy? am currently 3 and half months pregnant. Any medical suggestion?

You can take panado. What also helps is to wet a face cloth and ring it out and put it on your forehead and temples and also on the back of your neck.

The headaches should lessen during the second trimester.
