Q. head ache and hot/cold sweats

I have a major head ache, last 2 days. I also get hot and cold sweats, when its cold I shake and shiver from it and when I''m hot I sweat so much? This changes back and forth within a few minutes. I have a bite mark about 3 cm long on my back also, not sure if that''s the reason? I''m so drained and tired. Do you maybe know what this could be?
