Dear Head
Lightheadedness are often caused by a lack of blood to the brain, due to heart irregularities, low blood pressure, epilepsy or anemia. See http://familydoctor.org/online/famdocen/home/articles/065.html
A proper medical examination is needed, you may also need to have an ECG done or some blood tests.
