Hi Wesley, don't stop trying! The trying and failing and trying again is often part of the process - Many people who've successfully quit smoking had many prior attempts. And many people who quit "backslide" and try again.
If you haven't already, have a look at some of the methods and tips in our Stop Smoking section, and speak to your doctor about trying one of the medications to help handle the cravings.
Before your next attempt, try to find an alternative activity to do instead of reaching for a cigarette. It's easier to replace a bad habit with a good one than with nothing. Fill your life with pleasurable, absorbing alternatives to avoid feeling a sense of deprivation.
