hassimoto disease

good day
i have been diagnosed with hassimoto disease been put on to cortisone for five days and thats it. now in the evening when i go to bed theres a funny hissing noise coming from my throught. without ways to cut what other way is there for treatment

Unfortunately, hashimoto's disease/thyroiditis is an auto-immune disease that attacks the thyroid as long as the thyroid is active and should be treated with levothyroxine or desiccated thyroid extract.
