hand

I`m experiencing pain in my right hand(when closing it)-like holding a kitchen knife. But also numbness - like a pinched nerve. Some swelling-according to my GP. Should I visit a chiropractor or physio? What can this be? What can I do in the short term - like some gentle exercise?

Gentle exercise three times a day - in a basin of fairly warm water - clench and release your fist about 20 times each session.
Do consult a chiropractor at your earliest convenience.
